1、 Incremental encoder

The working principle of an incremental encoder is to convert displacement into periodic electrical signals, and then convert these periodic electrical signals into counting pulses. Therefore, in the control system, the magnitude of the displacement can be obtained by calculating the number of received pulses.

Due to the corresponding pulse output during the rotation of the incremental encoder shaft, the direction of rotation is determined and the number of pulses is increased or decreased through the direction judgment circuit and counter. Therefore, the incremental encoder can set the counting starting point arbitrarily, and during measurement, it can accumulate infinitely in multiple circles. Due to the fact that the Z-phase signal emits a pulse signal after each rotation, it can be used as a reference for mechanical zero position in practical use.

Sibo's incremental encoder belongs to magnetic encoders, which are achieved through the combination of magnetic steel, sensitive components, and signal processing circuits. When the magnetic steel rotates, the sensing element responds to changes in the direction of the magnetic field within the magnetic field, generating an electrical signal. 2、 The application of incremental encoders
